USD prices apply to US agencies. The currency is set in the statement of work.
Every site has a small backend. Forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. Each enquiry is saved to a database, then emailed, with daily retries if the email fails. Clicks on phone, WhatsApp and form steps are measured without cookies, and a monthly report goes out by email automatically. Enquiries are deleted after 12 months (GDPR).
Shop has a bigger one. It runs on Cloudflare Workers + D1 with a small monthly infrastructure cost, stated in the quote. No surprises after launch.
Add-ons, quoted separately: configurators and calculators, 3D/interactive elements, AI assistant trained on the client's content.
Payment: 40% on kickoff, 60% on delivery — and delivery means the PageSpeed score on screen, verified together. Invoices in EUR or USD, paid by bank transfer.
Content updates after launch
Content changes after launch go through me, at an hourly rate or a monthly retainer, with a 24–48h turnaround. Or take the repo in-house — it's standard Astro.
