Diana Ilie

Diana Ilie is a professional make-up artist in Bucharest, and she had nothing online for it. Now she has a site with a booking form, WhatsApp one tap away and a photo portfolio.

01

From nothing to a site

With no site, every booking started from scratch in a chain of messages. Which service, what date, what time, where.

The trade calls for atmosphere. Visitors land in front of the mirror, not in a salon template.

Client reviews sit on the home page, not hidden on a page nobody opens.

The booking form: service, event date, time slot, location and notes The form on a phone, opened from the «Book your date» button, with the service already picked

02

Booking in a single step

She didn't need an online shop or paid bookings. She needed the first message to arrive complete.

The form takes the service, the event date, the time slot and the location in one step. Diana can reply with a simple yes or no.

The «Book your date» buttons open the form with the service already picked.

03

Services as a menu, not a list

Two services, each on its own card: «Occasion» and «Bride». The client picks one and lands straight in the form.

Her work has its own page. In make-up the image is the argument, not the text about it.

04

Spotlights in the portfolio

Her work sits on a page built like a backstage. When you scroll down to a piece, the spotlights above it switch on and the light falls on the make-up.

The same light handles the «before / after»: the before photo stays in the shadow, the after one steps forward.

How we worked

  1. 01

    We started from the atmosphere

The mirror with bulbs, the handwriting, the spotlights: the site looks like the place where she works.

  2. 02

    We built the booking

A one-step form, WhatsApp one tap away, the services as a menu.

  3. 03

    We measured

Mobile PageSpeed, LCP on slow 4G, zero third-party scripts.

  4. 04

    We handed it over

The site is hers; new photos go into the portfolio without code.

What the client says

„I'm just starting out in this job, and I expected a simple site with a few photos and my phone number. When I first saw it I was a bit speechless: it has exactly the mood of my work. I love that I have something artistic that really represents me, not one of those sites that all look the same.”
